This new scholarship was created to honor Booker T Bilbrew, a retired Army veteran that served 22 years and completed 2 tours in Vietnam. He was the father of Keith Bilbrew, co-owner of Emerald Uniforms. Keith has wanted to start a scholarship to honor his father and our business for several years and this year that dream became reality. FTCC students in five different programs can benefit from this scholarship:
